Support the community

Help keep Colorado's security community thriving.

Colorado = Security brings together more than 3,000 security professionals, and a tight circle of 300+ security leaders, to learn from one another and build trust. Sponsors make that possible, and take part in it as peers.

How we think about it

Contribute, don't pitch.

Sponsorship here is intentionally limited and designed to support the community, not disrupt it. Sponsors participate in small, high-trust settings and are expected to contribute thoughtfully. In return, they earn meaningful relationships, not transactional access.

What your support makes possible

The dinners, the food, the podcast, the Summit, both socials. Sponsorship keeps the community free, independent, and high-quality for the people who defend Colorado.

How we protect the community

No spam. No hard selling. Sponsorship is curated and limited, and sponsors show up as peers who add to the conversation.

Ways to take part

Find the right fit.

Every setting is intimate and high-trust. Here's where sponsors contribute.

Dinner Series

Monthly leadership dinners

One sponsor and one topic per dinner, aligned to your area of interest. A great way to get to know a room of security leaders well.

Typically 10–13 leaders
Summit

Security Leader Summit

A twice-a-year, full-day gathering. The number of sponsors is limited to keep a high ratio of leaders to supporters, and there is a menu of add-ons for owning a specific moment of the day.

Typically 100–130 leaders
Socials

Holiday and Summer Socials

Twice a year the whole leader community gets together to eat, drink and celebrate. The Summer Social is the more relaxed of the two, and security leaders are invited to bring a plus-one.

Twice a year · typically 80–100 leaders
Workshops

Hands-on workshops

Small, interactive, practical sessions developed with the community. Sponsors participate as facilitators and subject-matter contributors.

Typically 20–30 leaders
Webinars

Timely webinars

A more accessible format for exploring a timely security topic with the community.

Virtual · community-wide
Ad Hoc Events

Host your own

You host and pay for the event itself, and we bring and manage the audience. A suite night at a Nuggets, Avalanche or Rockies game, a golf morning, a whisky or wine tasting. These are the shapes we know work, not a closed list.

Typically 10–15 leaders

Let's talk
Supporting more than one

A year-round presence.

Most sponsors take part in one thing at a time. For companies that want a sustained presence across the year rather than a single appearance, there are two things worth knowing about.

Only four available each year

Year-Round Partner

  • + Two Premium Summit sponsorships, each with a customer speaking slot
  • + The Security Leader Holiday Social
  • + The Security Leader Summer Social
  • + One Premium Workshop, or two Webinars, or two Ad Hoc events, or one of each
The cap is deliberate. It is what keeps the engagement valuable for the Partners and unobtrusive for the community. Or build your own combination, and ask us about it.

Partner status

Earned by a large enough commitment on a single agreement, and held for the twelve months after it is signed. The Year-Round Partner package qualifies on its own.
  • A guaranteed Summit slotSummit sponsorships sell out. Partners are never in the position of missing one.
  • First refusal on the exclusive add-onsThe lanyard, the happy hour, the headshot studio and the rest are one or two per Summit. Partners are offered them first.
  • A price lock for the following yearYour rates do not move at renewal, whatever list pricing does.
  • Year-round recognitionOn the website and in event emails, not only around the events you sponsor.

Committing to more than one event in a single agreement also earns a volume discount automatically. There is nothing to negotiate and no code to ask for, and we'll walk you through the thresholds.
